Symmetrical art

This is my symmetrical art. it was hard to Do.  We had to fold squares of paper to make the shapes then make sure our design was symmetrical.

Sandcastles-Tautuku 2k16

I loved the sandcastles because we made two sandcastles. We joined them together with a log.Toby and Regan found a big stick for the flagpole but we did not have a flag so we had to use our t shirts for the flag.

When I saw the flying fox I was so excited, I couldn't wait  to get on it. When it was my go I  jumped right on it and bolted off the platform.When I got to the end I bounced off the Tyre at the other end and came half way back up then one of the adults  grabbed the rope and pulled me up.

When I saw the climbing wall I thought it was going to be easy but it wasn't. I still

completed the climbing wall on the left side three times and on the right side I completed it five times. I put Samara and Imogen's jackets on one of the climbing walls so they had to climb up and get them.      

In room 7 we have been learning about weaving. You had a cup then you have to cut the cup then chose your wool. I chose fluffy wool.

I understand we can't always get what we want.

I dream for peace and not war.

I try to behave for everyone.

I hope for a long, happy life.

Acrostic poem-Ambrosia

Ambrosia.

Mum makes the best one.

Better than anything you can bay.

Rich sweet marshmallows and smooth yoghurt.  
Oh the chocolate chips taste like heaven.

Sliding down my throat.

I would give the devil my soul to get it.
AMBROSIA!

Descriptive writing

My mouth waters as I take a giant chunk of it. It is the best thing I have ever tasted.The long,stretchy cheese is like a ball of twine.It smells scrumptious,just waiting for me to eat it.
